How do I cancel my subscription?
mysig subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find mysig and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do I reset my password?
If you signed in with Apple or Google, your password is managed by Apple or Google — not mysig. To reset it, go to your Apple ID or Google account settings. If you signed in with email, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and we'll send you a reset link.
Can I use mysig without a subscription?
Yes. mysig offers a 7-day free trial so you can experience everything the app has to offer before committing. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue access. We offer a monthly plan ($9.99/month) and an annual plan ($39.99/year).
